Production Process
JINCHENG 1A1R Resin bond diamond cutting wheels use resin as the bonding matrix. First, diamond abrasives are fully blended with resin powder and fillers.
The mixture is filled into moulds and cold-pressed at room temperature to form blanks. The blanks are then heated and cured at low temperature in an oven,
solidified by resin. Finally, the wheels are trimmed, edged and inspected. This process requires low temperature and low pressure, with a short production cycle
and low mould loss, suitable for mass rapid production.
